About a silly simpleton who loves to make merry in a kingdom where joy is forbidden by a King with some serious baggage. This is a concept package im working on with a film guy named David Davis who is almost done with scad.
aaaaaaah!! omg. adorable. I love the silly simpleton character and the castle design is awesome. And just FYI, I've always loved your graphite work :) You are inspiring me to draw draw draw!!
any thoughts on the design? the castle? the sheep? does beebole, the boy, look dumb and cute?? thanks for your feedback guys - feel free to say anything that comes to mind!! <3
Beebole does indeed look dumb and cute and I like how the sheep mirrors beebole's expression. I love the overall castle design, but it looks a bit modern for some reason. I don't know what the specifications are or when or where exactly the story is set, but maybe try adding some more flags and banners and crenelations (architectural details at the top of the castle walls). Don't over do it (I like the relatively simple shape-driven structure), but a few more recognizable castle features may help. And that's my two cents :)
